MEAEOPP is a regional association composed of educational opportunity program personnel in the District of Columbia, Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia. The mission of the Association is to promote equal educational opportunity and greater accessibility to higher education for non-traditional students, who, by reason of socio-economic status, ethnic definition, physical handicap, and/or restricted cultural-educational experience, find themselves in a disadvantaged position with traditional or conventional students.
