Cancellation Protection Elite

Travel Adventures offers Cancellation Protection as part of the Students Safe & Secure™ program. We recommend that each participant takes advantage of Cancellation Protection: Elite to ensure that you have maximum protection against an unforeseen cancellation.  

Travel Adventures will refund the traveler the full amount they have paid, less the Cancellation Protection Elite fee, and the current non-refundable registration fee, based on the following:

Any reason, prior to 30 days of trip departure*

All requests for refunds must be in writing and submitted to Travel Adventures offices by the trip return date.  Other cancellation coverage may be included as part of your trip. Please ask your trip sponsor for details.

To cancel and receive a refund, please notify Travel Adventures directly by mail, fax or phone.

All written or faxed requests must include the name of the school as well as the participant's name and participant number.

*If the entire trip should cancel up to 30 days after the first invoice due date, the cost of 'Cancellation Protection: Elite' will be refunded. The 'Cancellation Protection: Elite' fee is otherwise non-refundable under any circumstance.
